I create small-batch sourdough breads and handcrafted baked goods made from simple ingredients and traditional methods. My menu focuses on naturally leavened sourdough, rotating specialty loaves, and thoughtfully curated sweet and savory bakes.
Each item is made fresh for scheduled bakes, allowing me to focus on quality, flavor, and the kind of homemade goodness that’s hard to find in store-bought bread.
